Call today for a free consultation -- the Law Office of Jeffrey J. Kmoch may be able to help.

Although Illinois is an “at-will” employment state and a contract is not necessary to form an employment relationship, sometimes employers and employees elect to govern their relationship with an employment agreement.  These agreements contain provisions that may limit what an employee can do during and after they leave their employer and may dictate when and how the employer (or employee) may terminate the employment relationship.

If you are a candidate for employment and have been asked to sign an employment agreement or if you already have an employment agreement and need to fully understand the restrictions it imposes upon youcall today for a free consultation.  Attorney Jeffrey Kmoch has extensive experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating employment agreements.
